Reservation Policy

 

At Fine Line Tattoo Japan, reservations are accepted by phone at 045-322-8189 or by email (available 24 hours).

 

When making your reservation, please clearly specify:

 

• The area of the body

• The design you would like (You can email us your reference pictures)

• The approximate size

 

 

We kindly ask that you first visit us for a consultation, after which we will confirm your reservation. At that time, you will be asked to sign a consent form and pay a ¥5,000 deposit.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

Please remember to bring a valid photo ID when visiting the studio.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel, please notify us by phone in advance.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

​

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance (except in cases of sudden illness on the day of your appointment).

Your deposit will be held and applied to the rescheduled session.

予約の取り方

基本的に予約は電話（045-322-8189）にてお願い致します。

予約の場合「どこに」「何を」「どの位 の大きさで」と明確にお伝え下さい。

一度相談に来て頂いてからあらためて予約を取って頂きます。

予約を取って頂いた時点で同意書にサインして頂き『予約金』を頂きます。

予約金は当日彫り上げた金額から差し引かせて頂きます。（予約金5,000円）

 

※ご来店の際は必ずご身分証明書（写真入り）をご持参下さい。

​キャンセルについて

​
キャンセルの場合は必ず事前に電話でお知らせ下さい。

すでに予約金を頂いてる場合、予約金はお返し出来ません。

 

※予約日の変更の場合は、当日体調が悪い方以外は、２４時間前までに連絡をお願い致します。

その場合予約金はそのままお預かりした状態で当日彫り上げた金額から差し引かせて頂きます。
